Not signed up for the customer portal yet? Here’s how you can do it:

1. Click here.
2. Click on ‘Create an Account’.
3. Enter a valid email address and password, along with your Account Number and CID, which can be found on your bill.
4. Click ‘Create Account’.
5. A registration Confirmation window will appear. No action is needed on this window. The Verification Email will only be active for 4 hours after receiving it, and the system will require you to verify your email within that timeframe.
6. When you receive the Email Confirmation message, click on the link provided in the email to complete your enrollment.
7. Once you click on the link, you can then re-renter your email and password and hit ‘Login’. Note: Clicking on the ‘Remember Me’ checkbox will allow the website to save your login information for future reference.
8. You’re all set!

To withdrawal payment authorization or discontinue your service with the Nicholasville Utilities department, you can log into the customer portal and do so there.

City Hall is open from 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday. We are located at 517 North Main Street.

The City Commission meets on the first, second, and fourth Monday of each month at 5pm in the Nicholasville Police Department Community Room, located at 717 North Main Street. Meetings are open to the public.

Planning Commission meetings are scheduled for the fourth Monday of each month at 7pm, and Board of Adjustment meetings are scheduled for the second Monday of each month at 7pm. Both meetings are held in the Community Room at the Nicholasville Police Department and are open to the public.
