The City of Nicholasville is accepting applications/resumes for the position of Human Resources Manager, grade 61. The starting rate for this position falls within the hourly range of $46.50 to $55.85. The hiring rate will be determined during the final step of the interview process.
This position supervises all assigned personnel and is responsible for all Human Resources functions including recruitment and selection, compensation, all benefits, employee relations, training and development, employment law adherence, all related policies and human resources/payroll software systems.
Successful applicants must have at least one of the following:
Bachelors degree in Public Administration, Business Administration
Five years’ experience in all areas of Human Resource Management preferably in the public sector
Associates Degree in Business or Public Administration supplemented by five years related experience preferably in the public sector
