Request for Proposal # 2024-266

Remove and Replace Concrete Sidewalk, located at 709 East Chestnut Street, Nicholasville, Kentucky. Contractor is encouraged to visit Site and become familiar with Site conditions that may affect cost, progress, and performance of the Work. Time is of the Essence. Contractor shall provide an estimated time frame for Project. Contractor shall provide Certificate of Liability Insurance. Contractor shall provide Business License for the City of Nicholasville. Property Damage: $2,000,000 each occurrence $2,000,000 aggregate Bodily Injury: $1,000,000 each occurrence Scope of Work Estimated: 25 feet wide by 4 foot wide.
