Request for Proposal # 2024-265

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to solicit pricing and proposals for the City of
Nicholasville from qualified contractors for Land Clearing and Deforestation on property located at
Preece Park, 1000 Jaguar Trail for future building projects. Nicholasville, Kentucky 40356.

All RFP’S shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes and submitted to the City of Nicholasville, 517 North Main Street, Nicholasville, Kentucky 40356, Attention: Pauline Horsley, Purchasing Agent. The name and address of the proposer, date of the bid opening and the bid name will be shown on the outside of the envelope. All RFP’S must be received on June 3, 2024 at 12:00 Noon, which at that time will be recorded as being received.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to solicit pricing and proposals for the City of Nicholasville.

Performance/Payment Bonds: The City may require a Performance Bond before
entering into a bid-based contract, and in such amount as shall be found necessary to
protect the interests of the City. When a construction contract is awarded more than
twenty-five thousand dollars (25,000.00) the contractor must provide the city with a
Contract Performance Bond and Payment Bond, as required By KRS 45A.435, (a) “A
Performance Bond satisfactory to the local public agency executed by a Surety company
authorized to do business in this Commonwealth, or otherwise supplied, satisfactory to
the local public agency, in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the
contract price, as it may be increased; and (b) “A payment bond satisfactory to the local
public agency, for the Protection of all persons supplying labor and material to the
contractor or his subcontractors for the performance of the work provided for in the
contract.
The bond shall be in an amount equal to one Hundred (100 %) of the original contract
price.

Request for Proposal # 2024-260

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to solicit pricing and proposals for the following services:

Custodial Services for City Hall, Police Department, Utility Building, Corman Building and Maintenance Buildings, located at 517 North Main, 510 North Main, and 601 North Main Street.

All RFP’S shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes and submitted to the City of Nicholasville,
517 North Main Street, Nicholasville, Kentucky 40356, Attention: Pauline Horsley, Purchasing
Agent. The name and address of the proposer, date of the bid opening and the bid name will be
shown on the outside of the envelope. Seals Proposals will be received until 11:00, local time May 21, 2024, for furnishing all labor and Materials and performing all work as set forth in the Request for Proposal

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to solicit pricing and proposals for the City of Nicholasville, Planning and Zoning from qualified contractors for Debris Removal and Disposal Services for property’s located at 450 and 500 Keene Center Drive, Nicholasville, Kentucky 40356.

REQUEST FOR INFORMATION 
CITY OF NICHOLASVILLE, KENTUCKY 
MUNICIPLE SPORTS FIELD STADIUM PUBLICE- PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP 

The City of Nicholasville, Kentucky is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to solicit feedback and creative ideas from innovative and creative teams on construction of Municipal Sports Field Stadium consisting of bleachers, concession stand, locker room facilities, and restrooms as a public-private partnership (“P3”). 


Nicholasville is now seeking a developer, investor interested in generating maximum revenue to support the project.  Interested parties are invited to submit written information as well as schedule one on one meetings with the city to provide verbal feedback.

The RFI is an inquiry only and not a formal solicitation or initiation of procurement process. No contract or agreement will be entered into as a result of this RFI.  This RFI does not represent a commitment to issue RFP in the future or a commitment to subsequent procurement.  The City is not responsible for any cost associated with submissions or one on one meetings.
